UNIX International Date Format on Server Console is mm/dd/yy

Problem:
The correct format for international servers is dd/mm/yy. This issue was
reported to Lotus Quality Engineering and has been addressed in Domino Releases
4.6.5a, 4.6.6, 5.0.2b and 5.0.3.

console of Unix International English servers. This problem was previously
fixed in R4.6.5a, but not in R5. [5.0.3,5.0.2b]

default date order was introduced in R4.6.5. [4.6.5a]

NOTE: There have been reports that this issue may have resurfaced in Domino
releases 5.0.4 and later. This issue is under investigation (SPR NGRT4NEFQU).
